“…..With strong buyer competition, sellers are seeing more offers being presented quite early on in the sale process.

Spraggon George Real Estate Principal James Cornell supported this, outlining how increased activity at home opens had caused an increase in offers.

“Due to a lack of supply and a great market right now, people are jumping at what they can, which means we are seeing multiple offers on the table for majority of properties,” he said. “This increase in the number of offers on the table is creating a hugely competitive environment.”

Also recommended for a successful campaign is presentation, which Mr Cornell said was key in achieving the best outcome. He said repairing broken items and removing clutter and other bulky items was a good start.
