As a licensed valuer, the objective approach providing an unbiased opinion of market value means you get a sworn valuation within a detailed report, backed by local, recent transactions that can be used for your formal requirements.
If a retrospective valuation is required (for accounting, CGT or other use) we will provide a detailed report at the relevant date.
