Kathryn is the most decorated Property Manager in Western Australia and is a consistent recipient of awards from the Real Estate Institutes of Western Australia and Australia. She has recently been crowned the National Residential Property Manager of the Year by the Real Estate Institute of Australia which is the pinnacle of Property Management awards in the country. This is an award that Kathryn was also awarded back in 2010 demonstrating that she has been at the top of her game for many years now.
She has spent over ten years sitting on the Property Management Network Committee for the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia advising government on legislation changes, documentation updates and organisation of state property management conferences and events. Her love of property management finds her in demand as a speaker at industry functions and conferences all over Australia. Kathryn is a published author and contributes articles to industry publications on a regular basis.
Kathryn is currently the Head of Property Management for Spraggon George where she loves to mentor and assist our property management staff and clients alike. She enjoys the respect of her colleagues and firmly believes that a solid working relationship with both department staff and sales representatives, contributes to the success of our flourishing property management department.
